Our name, “Sugarian”, is a blend of:
- sugar — for the joy we hope to share in every bite; and
- -ian, a suffix of belonging.
It also playfully echoes the Cantonese pronunciation of “唐人” (Tong Yan) — a tribute to our cultural roots and the global Chinese diaspora.
